Achray Photonics is offering hermetic packaging platforms for QCL Lasers emitting at 2.5 um to 12 um. We offer collimated beam modules, MID-IR fiber coupled lasers, integrated 2, or 3, wavelength modules, and high-speed modules with an SMA connector and matched impedance for high rate of beam intensity modulation. In each case, the QCL is placed on a large TEC for easy wavelength tuning. All of our QCL modules can be built to meet aerospace requirements.
